Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging integrations across platforms such as WhatsApp Business/Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, Discord, and Slack. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and third-party API connections, webhook and platform-limit handling, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and recovery. The position requires at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a bot portfolio, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
