Description
Mindrift is hiring a part-time, fully remote freelance Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms, including conversational flows, LLM integrations, backend services, databases, APIs, webhooks, deployment, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js skills, and an English proficiency of B2 or above. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
