Description
Mindrift is seeking a fully remote, part-time freelance Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging integrations across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Slack; implementing conversational flows and fallback handling; integrating LLMs, backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs; and managing webhooks, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and reliability. The posting requires at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
