Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves designing, building, integrating, debugging, and maintaining production-ready conversational bots across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Required capabilities include Python or Node.js backend development, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, asynchronous requests, databases, deployment, conversational flow design, and bot reliability practices. The position requires at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, a bot portfolio, and B2 or higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
