Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves designing, building, integrating, debugging, and maintaining production-ready conversational bots for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. The developer will work with platform APIs, webhooks, backend services, databases, CRMs, third-party APIs, LLMs, conversational flows, deployment infrastructure, logging, monitoring, and recovery. At least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience and at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform are required, along with a bot portfolio and B2+ English proficiency. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
