Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project to build and maintain production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. The role involves conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and third-party service integration, webhook and platform-format handling, debugging, monitoring, and deployment. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a required bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $35 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
