Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves designing, building, integrating, deploying, and maintaining production-ready conversational bots across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connectivity, webhook and API handling, debugging, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots on a major messaging platform, strong Python or Node.js skills, API and deployment experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency.
