Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connectivity, webhook and API handling, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, and a portfolio of bots, with English proficiency at B2 or above. The estimated workload is 10–20 hours per week, and compensation can reach $60 per hour equivalent.
