Mindrift is hiring a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves designing, building, integrating, debugging, and monitoring conversational bots across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar services. The developer will work with platform APIs, webhooks, backend services, databases, CRMs, third-party APIs, LLMs, and deployment infrastructure to deliver reliable production-ready bots. At least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience and at least 1 year of hands-on major messaging-platform bot development are required, along with a bot portfolio and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
