Description
Mindrift is hiring a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project to build and maintain conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. The role involves conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connectivity, webhook and API handling, deployment, debugging, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $35 per hour equivalent.
