Mindrift is hiring a part-time, freelance, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role focuses on building and maintaining conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational-flow design, LLM integration, backend and third-party API connections, webhook and rate-limit handling, debugging, monitoring, and production reliability. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js skills, API and database experience, deployment knowledge, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency.
