Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms, including conversational flows, LLM integrations, backend and third-party service connections, webhooks, monitoring, and error recovery. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and deployment experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
