Description
Mindrift is seeking a part-time, fully remote freelance Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms, including conversational flows, LLM integrations, backend and database connections, webhooks, platform-specific messaging, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and recovery. The position requires at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js proficiency, API and webhook experience, a bot portfolio, and upper-intermediate English. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
