Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves designing, building, integrating, debugging, and operating production-ready conversational bots across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. Required capabilities include Python or Node.js backend development, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, asynchronous requests, databases, deployment, conversational flow design, and reliable production operations. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, a bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
