Description
Mindrift is seeking a part-time, freelance, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project to design, build, integrate, debug, and maintain production-ready conversational bots across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar messaging platforms. The role requires backend bot development, conversational flow design, API and webhook integrations, LLM integration, database usage, deployment, monitoring, and independent delivery. It requires at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, a bot portfolio, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Compensation is up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
