Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and third-party API connectivity, webhook and platform-limit handling, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and recovery. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a bot portfolio, and B2-level or higher English proficiency. Work is estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
