Description
Mindrift is seeking a part-time, fully remote freelance Bot Developer for the Tendem project to build and maintain production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. The role involves conversational flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connectivity, webhook and API handling, deployment, debugging, monitoring, and reliability improvements. Applicants need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots on a major messaging platform, a portfolio of bots, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Compensation is up to $30 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
