Mindrift is hiring a part-time, freelance, fully remote Bot Developer for its Tendem project. The role focuses on building and maintaining conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. Responsibilities include conversational-flow design, LLM integration, backend and database connectivity, API and webhook handling, debugging, monitoring, and production reliability. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot-development experience, at least 1 year building bots for a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and deployment experience, a bot portfolio, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Compensation is up to $30 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
