Description
Mindrift is seeking a freelance, part-time, fully remote Bot Developer for the Tendem project. The role involves building and maintaining production-ready conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms, including conversational flows, LLM integrations, backend and third-party service connections, webhooks, deployment, monitoring, and error recovery. Candidates need at least 3 years of relevant backend, integration, automation, or bot development experience, at least 1 year building bots on a major messaging platform, Python or Node.js expertise, API and database experience, a required bot portfolio, and B2-or-higher English proficiency. Compensation is up to $50 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
