Description
Replay is hiring a bounded-player-coach engineering leader to build and manage a high-agency engineering team responsible for enterprise data, data and machine learning systems, evaluation, permissions, and reliable operations. The role focuses on hiring, coaching, defining ownership, setting technical direction, reviewing designs and code, debugging incidents, prototyping selectively, establishing engineering practices, and leading difficult customer and production situations. It requires at least two years of experience managing engineers who build production software and experience with complex data, AI/ML, infrastructure, or sensitive-information products.
