Grace Loves Lace is hiring a full-time Boutique Manager for its new New Farm boutique in Brisbane. The role leads bridal stylists, coaches and develops the team, drives sales KPIs, manages boutique operations and inventory, supports recruitment and onboarding, builds client relationships, and maintains high customer-service standards. The position follows a Tuesday-Saturday roster with RDOs on Sunday and Monday, requires 2–3+ years of retail management or similar leadership experience, and offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commission and bonus.
