The Junior Sales Associate (Boutique Sales Associate) supports Audemars Piguet boutiques by embodying the brand, selling watches, providing customer service, building relationships with existing customers, using CRM and ERP systems, participating in marketing events, and supporting store operations. The role reports to the Boutique Manager and requires at least five years of customer service and sales experience in watches, fine jewelry, or luxury brands, along with Japanese communication skills, basic English, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
