Audemars Piguet is hiring a Watchmaker Technical Advisor to serve as a technical reference and mentor for the Customer Service team. The role combines watchmaking expertise with client-facing service, including watchband sizing, simple in-store adjustments, repair diagnostics and follow-up, component inventory monitoring, after-sales watch management, and watchmaking masterclasses. Candidates need watchmaking training or workshop experience, ERP familiarity, strong French and English, and excellent interpersonal skills.
