Description
Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Box Maker for an immediate third-shift opening from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. The role operates flat-bed die-cut presses and ancillary equipment, sets up and adjusts machines, performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, directs machine crews, monitors production and quality, maintains records, and supports safety and ISO quality procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, machine-operator experience, experience in flat-bed die cutting or corrugated packaging, process-control and analytical skills, computer literacy, leadership experience, and the ability to work in temperature extremes and lift or push/pull 50 pounds.
