Description
Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Dairy Production Operator to cross-train across milk receiving, pasteurization, batching, blending, and product-filling operations. The role includes inspecting and pumping raw dairy, operating fillers and lift trucks, performing CIP and SIP operations, monitoring temperature and weight controls, maintaining production records, supporting audits, and complying with food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of food manufacturing experience, strong math and computer skills, and successful drug screening and background checks. It follows a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with a 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shift.
