Description
The Driver operates a box truck to collect donated furniture, household goods, clothing, and other items from donors, following pickup routes and communicating professionally with donors. The role includes safely loading and unloading items, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and records, reporting valuable donations, and unloading items at the store for sorting. It requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, box-truck operation skills, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in varied weather and noisy conditions. The pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
