Software Mind is hiring an Agile Coach to work across multiple engineering, Product, and leadership teams to improve delivery effectiveness, remove organizational blockers, and scale autonomous, continuously improving practices. The role includes coaching teams, facilitating workshops and retrospectives, supporting Product Discovery and backlog prioritization, building Communities of Practice, identifying AI opportunities, and using delivery metrics to drive measurable improvements. Candidates need commercial Agile coaching experience, experience coaching multiple software development teams, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean/Flow, and delivery metrics.
