Business Changers is hiring a Business Process Management Analyst in Rome to analyze, model, document, implement, and improve BPM systems and applications. The role involves gathering requirements, mapping and optimizing processes, conducting performance analyses, supporting end users, and participating in process improvement projects. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of BPM or related experience, knowledge of BPM methodologies and software, process improvement familiarity, strong analytical and project-management skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position requires on-site presence in Rome three days per week.
