Description
The role leads BPS (Business Process Standardization) maturity activities across manufacturing, logistics, and indirect systems, including CIP workshops, Point-CIP execution, process assessments, maturity audits, standard development, benchmarking, training coordination, and industrial 4.0 knowledge sharing. It requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or logistics-related field, preferably three years of automotive manufacturing or lean production experience, strong learning and communication skills, independent work ability, cross-functional collaboration, and English proficiency.
