Description
The Bosch Production System (BPS) Specialist will introduce and continuously improve the BPS approach in the plant, organize System CIP workshops and projects, support value-stream improvement initiatives, assist with new-project planning, conduct shop-floor 5S audits, and help with BPS maturity assessments. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, machinery design, or manufacturing; at least three years of lean production project experience; familiarity with lean tools; independent project leadership; strong communication and coordination skills; computer proficiency; and excellent English skills.
