Brasal Refrigerantes is hiring a B2B Digital Order Operations Specialist to monitor and improve customer digital-order performance, identify missed or declining orders, track sales and portfolio indicators, support SAP and digital-platform integrations, resolve workflow issues, assist customers, maintain visual management, and report daily order targets. The role requires higher education in a relevant business or technical field and experience in commercial operations, B2B customer service, and commercial intelligence; it is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and pays R$ 4,500 to R$ 5,000 with transportation, meals, food, health, dental, life insurance, profit sharing, and parking benefits.
