The role involves setting up and operating brake presses to form parts according to blueprints and work instructions, performing quality checks with measuring instruments, maintaining accurate part counts, completing production paperwork, and reporting equipment issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, one year of related experience or training, blueprint-reading and mathematical skills, the ability to operate the Traverse Manufacturing System, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
