The role serves walk-in customers, meets sales and cross-selling targets, opens accounts, processes banking transactions, handles cash and balancing where applicable, supports digital banking adoption, performs branch controls and compliance activities, and assists with staffing, reporting, and branch operations. It also may supervise clerical staff and support community relationship building. A degree or diploma, related financial-institution experience, customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing or sales experience, banking knowledge, strong integrity, communication and cross-selling skills, and FIMM/UT plus PCE and TBE licenses are required.
