Hong Leong Bank is hiring a branch-based customer service and operations professional to serve customers, cross-sell banking products, process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions, manage cash and balancing where applicable, support digital banking initiatives, maintain operational compliance, and assist branch management. The role may also supervise clerical staff, perform customer outreach, support queue management, and represent the bank in community relationship building.
