Hong Leong Bank is hiring a branch banking customer service and operations professional to serve walk-in customers, meet CASA and fixed-deposit growth targets, cross-sell banking products, process deposits, withdrawals and remittances, manage cash and balancing where applicable, support digital banking initiatives, maintain operational controls and compliance, and assist branch management and community relationship building. The role requires a degree or diploma; financial institution, customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, sales experience, and relevant licenses are advantageous.
