Hong Leong Bank is hiring a branch banking customer service and operations employee responsible for serving walk-in customers, meeting product sales and account-growth targets, cross-selling banking products, supporting digital banking adoption, processing deposits, withdrawals and remittances, handling branch controls and cash balancing, maintaining compliance, and assisting with customer outreach and branch operations. The role may also supervise clerical staff and support the Branch Manager and Customer Service and Operations Manager.
