Washington Trust is hiring a full-time Branch Flex Banker for its new Bristol Branch. The role processes customer transactions, applies bank procedures, builds customer relationships, recommends banking products and services, supports sales goals, handles cash, and uses banking systems and equipment. Candidates should have customer service, banking or financial-services experience; cash and transaction-handling experience; personal-finance knowledge; computer and interpersonal skills; confidentiality awareness; strong listening and communication abilities; and flexibility. The position works 40 hours per week, requires Saturday availability, and pays $21.50–$25.00 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
