Lowe’s is hiring a Branch General Manager to lead daily branch operations, manage warehouse, driver, and branch associates, coach and develop talent, support customer service, maintain product flow, and execute the Lowe’s Pro Supply business strategy. The role requires at least five years of experience leading associates in warehouse, distribution center, or large retail environments, at least three years managing a P&L, cross-functional relationship experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or a warehouse management system. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, with possible exposure to varying weather and physical work conditions.
