Description
CCFBank is hiring a Branch Lead to drive branch sales growth, lead and mentor sales professionals, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee branch operations, budgets, inventory, and compliance. The role requires an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or four years of consumer and/or consumer real estate lending experience, three years of financial services experience, and three years of sales or customer service experience; two years of supervisory experience is desired. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays, and includes health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
