Description

Branch Manager responsible for the safe, cost-effective, efficient day-to-day operation and financial performance of an assigned branch area. The role develops and executes business plans, grows the business, maintains safety and service standards, manages customer relationships, and oversees profitability and operational performance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of management experience, preferably in vacuum services, pump trucks, commercial underground construction, trucking or fleet management, sewer/water lines or underground utilities, oil and gas, waste, or equipment rentals.
3+ years of full profit and loss management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to develop and execute a one-year business plan.
Demonstrated managerial authority and ability to deliver organizational value.
