Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a full-time, permanent Branch Manager in Luton to lead and develop a team of more than 20 employees, drive customer service and sales, take full profit-and-loss responsibility, maintain health and safety compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee a 6,000-item equipment hire fleet. The role requires team leadership experience, a process-driven approach, and a focus on sales, delivery, and equipment availability; merchanting or equipment-hire experience is advantageous.
