Description
Rockland Trust is hiring a Branch Manager to lead and grow a midsize retail banking center or specialty branch. The role oversees branch operations, customer experience, sales and service performance, employee coaching and development, community outreach, business referrals, compliance controls, and adoption of digital banking channels. Candidates need at least two years of retail banking or retail sales management experience, supervisory and consultative sales experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. A business or finance college degree is preferred.
