Description
The Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of a sleep-store, including inventory management, scheduling, customer service, sales performance, staff leadership, recruitment, coaching, and store presentation. The role requires at least three years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide sleep advice; furniture or bedroom industry experience is advantageous but not required.
