Cleanaway is hiring a permanent, full-time Branch Manager to lead its Lavington operation and service the broader Albury–Wodonga region. The role manages more than 50 employees across operations, administration, and the liquid treatment plant; oversees fleet and safety compliance; coaches staff; manages the branch’s profit and loss; and partners with commercial, resource recovery, and other functions. Candidates need experience leading large operational teams, safety and compliance leadership, P&L and contract management, and change management.
