CraneWorks/RentalWorks is hiring a full-time Branch Manager to establish and lead a newly created branch in Jackson/Brandon, Mississippi. The role combines commercial leadership, sales and customer development, branch operations, equipment rental and crane services, fleet and asset management, safety compliance, financial performance, and personnel development. The manager will build local market presence, coordinate CraneWorks and RentalWorks resources, develop the initial team, and drive profitability while working across offices, equipment yards, shops, construction sites, and customer jobsites. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree, five years of management experience, Class A CDL, and NCCCO certification are preferred.
