CraneWorks/RentalWorks is hiring a full-time Branch Manager in Lanett, Alabama to launch and scale a new branch serving crane and equipment rental operations. The role combines branch leadership, sales and customer development, operational execution, safety and compliance, fleet and asset management, financial performance, and personnel development. The manager will coordinate CraneWorks and RentalWorks resources, build local customer relationships, manage branch profitability, and lead employees across office, equipment yard, shop, construction site, and customer jobsite environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree, five years of management experience, crane and rental operations experience, a Class A CDL, and NCCCO certification are preferred.
