CraneWorks/RentalWorks is hiring a full-time Branch Manager to establish and lead a newly created branch in Jackson/Brandon, Mississippi. The role combines commercial leadership, sales and customer development, branch operations, equipment and fleet management, safety and compliance, personnel development, and financial performance. The manager will coordinate CraneWorks crane operations and RentalWorks equipment rental, monitor utilization and profitability, manage the branch team, and represent the company in offices, equipment yards, shops, construction sites, and customer jobsites. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree, five years of management experience, and relevant industry experience are preferred; overnight travel is required.
