CraneWorks/RentalWorks is hiring a full-time Branch Manager in Lanett, Alabama to launch and scale a new branch serving crane and equipment rental customers. The role combines branch leadership, sales and customer development, operational execution, safety and compliance, fleet and asset management, personnel development, and financial performance management. The manager will work across CraneWorks and RentalWorks operations, coordinate with internal departments, and may work in an office, equipment shop, or job-site environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree, five years of management experience, crane and rental operations experience, a Class A CDL, and NCCCO certification are preferred.
