Elders is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Clermont team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, inspiring and motivating the team, building client relationships, cultivating new sales opportunities, driving product marketing, prioritizing safety, and coaching staff. This role requires a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services, comfort in a collaborative environment, resourcefulness, and strong business acumen.
