Description
Plant Healthcare is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and a team of lawn care professionals, oversee turf-management services such as weed control, fertilization, aeration, and irrigation, and support business development and customer retention. The role requires at least five years of chemical lawn-care experience, leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with turf management, irrigation, or agronomy experience preferred. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 annually plus bonus and commission opportunities, along with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
